The challenge
Every division wanted to use generative AI, and the risk of uncoordinated, poorly governed experiments was as real as the opportunity.
What we did
- Built a bank-wide view of where generative AI created value against where it created risk.
- Prioritized a small set of governed use cases to prove the model of working.
- Set the governance and evaluation posture the regulator would expect.
The outcome
The bank replaced uncoordinated enthusiasm with a governed portfolio and a defensible way to expand it.
