The challenge
Individual plants had useful AI projects, but nothing compounded across the company because there was no shared operating model.
What we did
- Assessed where the company sat on the AI-Native Ladder, honestly.
- Designed the data, platform, and ownership changes needed to make one workflow repeatable.
- Sequenced a plan to spread the pattern rather than launch everywhere at once.
The outcome
The manufacturer had a path to move from scattered plant-level wins to a repeatable way of working it could extend across sites.
