The challenge
The company was building AI features fast but without a senior owner, and a permanent hire at the right level was months away.
What we did

- Helped define and interview for the permanent role.
The outcome
The startup kept momentum with senior judgment in place, and transitioned cleanly to the permanent hire when the right person joined.
